Dear Students and Families,

Welcome to another school year – 2011-2012!  We are anticipating another outstanding school year filled with excellent teaching, exemplary learning, and fun for students, teachers, parents, and guardians. 

We are all so grateful that we were able to welcome back all of our teachers.  We are sad to say goodbye to Mrs. Oneto, but we know she is happy following her passion for teaching kindergarten at Helen Carr Castello Elementary School.  We wish her the best and know she will add so much to that school community.  We will recognize her soon for all of her years impacting students, staff, and the entire school community in the coming weeks.

We welcome Mr. Max Karl, our new computer resource teacher, Mrs. Tracy Hanner, our new second grade teacher and Mrs. Taylor Fernandez, our new kindergarten teacher.  Their expertise and experience in instruction will serve our students well. 

As is tradition, we look forward to another year of hard work and great fun.  We look forward to an outstanding year and thank parents, in advance, for their continued support in everything we do here at school.
