Moving onto Middle School
I have reached the end of elementary school. I have triumphed over every obstacle that elementary school put in my way. Now I am moving onto middle school, and I am full of emotions. I am excited to move on to bigger things, but I am also sad that I will have to leave the school I have gone to for 8 years. I will really enjoy my time at middle school, but I will still be a bit sad about leaving elementary. I will always remember my teacher, Ms. Adams, however. Thank you so much, Ms. Adams!
Beneficial Bugs
Beneficial Bugs
Have you ever eaten a bug, let alone touched one willingly? Bugs are very interesting creatures. In fact, today, I had the pleasure of reading the TFK article called Bug Business. After reading the article, my teacher decided to give us some bugs to eat, such as chile-lime crickets and roasted superworms. Bugs are well-liked in other countries….as a meal. For example, over 2 billion people in Asia, Africa, and Latin America eat insects. However, most people in Europe and the U.S.A would never think of eating a bug, or even touching one! Be that as it may, bugs should be a part of our diets because they are healthy, they don’t take a lot to care for, and they taste delicious. To begin with, bugs are healthier than other animals, like cattle. For example, Megan Miller, cofounder of Bitty Foods, says that bugs are rich with protein, vitamins, fiber, and minerals. Secondly, bugs take less water and food to raise than other protein sources. For example, Jarrod Goldin, cofounder of Entomo Farms (a farm made especially for raising bugs), says “To produce one pound of meat protein, you need approximately 2,000 gallons of water. With crickets, one pound of protein requires just one gallon of water.” Finally, bugs simply taste good. According to Megan Miller, she says “Crickets taste like nuts. You dry-roast them and you get this toasted flavor. You can put them into anything.” In conclusion, bugs are nutritious, easy to care for, and they have a delicious flavor.

Hello visitors! Yesterday I was notified that a teacher at my school’s dog was hurt deeply in a freak accident, which gave him brain trauma, internal bleeding, fractured vertebrae, a ruptured eardrum, and an ulcer in his left eye. Please, if you have time, donate what you can. It all goes to his vet bill.
Mesopotamia : A Summary
The Tigris and Euphrates rivers supported the growth of the Mesopotamian Civilization. Mesopotamia is located between the two rivers, the Persian Gulf and the Mediterranean Sea. Frequent floods left fresh silt, making the land ideal for farming. Because the farmers were able to grow plentiful food, the world’s first civilization developed.
Hello, I’m Intelligent Pants! (AKA Jonathan) Welcome to my Fabulous Blog.
Welcome to my blog, visitor! Here, at my blog, you will watch me, Jonathan, post about academic stuff. Oh boy. If you like to see what this guy thinks about the world, you’ve come to the right place. Well, for starters, let me tell you about some of my interests. First off, my favorite kinds of books I like to read are mysteries, mythology, and thrillers. Anyway, another interest I have are pets. My favorite breed of cats are Siamese, and my favorite breed of dogs are huskies. I like to think of myself as one of the funniest people I know. I am pretty funny. I love pizza and spaghetti (not necessarily in that order). My favorite color is magenta. I love seeing how magenta can fit well with almost every color, and it can blend in quite easily. My favorite animal is an alpaca, as they are quite helpful animals. Plus, they are just furry and cute, in a very unique way. If Jacques Bleu counts, he could also be my spirit animal. Jacques Bleu is Ms. Adams pet, for those who don’t know. He is so amazing, and I love him to death. That’s all I can think of for now. Goodbye for now, followers, wherever you are! <3
