Rangoli is a popular Indian tradition where they create beautiful patterns using colorful powders and flowers, this information was taken from the website National Geographic. I like the Rangoli pictures because I like art. Diwali is a festival in India. It is a time to have fun with friends and family according to the National Geographic. I like it because you get spent time with your family.

Day of the dead is a celebration of life, not death. I found this at Smithsonian Insider. It was interesting because I though it was about death. Flowers, butterflies and skulls are typically used as symbols for the celebration. I found this at Smithsonian Insider too. It was interesting because I thought the symbols were only skulls.

The interesting beginning of Halloween to me included Jack-o-lantern and the All Hallows Eve. I thought the Jack-o- lanterns information in the video “ancient origins” was inserting because I didn’t know the origins Jack-o-lantern were caved out of turnips and potatoes. Turnips and potatoes are small and pumpkins I carved are bigger. I thought the All hallow eve was interesting because they dress as Angels and Devils. And now they people dress as what ever they want. A long time ago the night before the ceremonies people would gather for a big party called All-Hallows eve. I read that information in the article “Halloween 2020 on History Channel.”
