Food and Nutrition Services strives to provide meals for students with special dietary needs.  We will make menu modifications and substitutions when possible.

For a student that requires a diet modification due to a medical condition, a medical statment must be submitted annually to the school’s Food and Nutrition Services Lead. FNS Registered Dietitian will review each medical statement and make appropriate recommendations.  A physician or recognized medical authority must sign the medical statement indicating the diet modification request and appropriate substitutions.

EGUSD Food and Nutrition Services offers several entree choices daily to accommodate personal food preferences.
