March Immunization Clinics

APPOINTMENTS ARE REQUIRED  No walk-ins will be allowed

*In keeping with California Department of Public Health guidance, face coverings are required for students and families.

ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS TO PARTICIPATE

EGUSD students who:

  • have no health insurance or insurance that does not cover vaccines, or
  • are Medi-Cal eligible, or
  • are American Indian or Alaskan Native

WHAT YOU NEED TO BRING

  • A parent or legal guardian must accompany child.
  • Bring your child’s Immunization Card (yellow card) or “Out of Compliance” letter from the school.

IMMUNIZATIONS PROVIDED

  • All immunizations required for school entry will be provided for students Preschool through 12th grade wanting to enter into Elk Grove Unified School District.

LOCATIONS: Maeola Beitzel Elementary, 8140 Caymus Dr, Sacramento, CA 95829

Clinics will be held in the Multi-Purpose room. Families can go straight to the Multi-Purpose room for their appointment.

*EGUSD will also be complying with Sacramento County Public Health guidelines, which include:

All staff will be wearing face coverings and physical distancing will be maintained for those waiting for their appointment.

Family Leadership Academy

FACE is committed to provide cultural leadership and enrichment opportunities to motivate, engage and support families in becoming leaders and partners in the co-education of their child’s educational journey. FLA Facilitators will guide, coach and create a welcoming environment and platform for families to share, examine and explore “supports to achieve and sustain racial equity through proactive and preventative measures” (EGUSD Educational Equity 2020-2021 Plan). Each workshop is designed to support the previous session. Families are encouraged to attend all five workshops. Our FLA motto is: “ #Every Parent is a Leader!”

Zoom workshops will be from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.
