FACE is committed to provide cultural leadership and enrichment opportunities to motivate, engage and support families in becoming leaders and partners in the co-education of their child’s educational journey. FLA Facilitators will guide, coach and create a welcoming environment and platform for families to share, examine and explore “supports to achieve and sustain racial equity through proactive and preventative measures” (EGUSD Educational Equity 2020-2021 Plan). Each workshop is designed to support the previous session. Families are encouraged to attend all five workshops. Our FLA motto is: “ #Every Parent is a Leader!”
Zoom workshops will be from 6:00 – 7:00 p.m.

FACE se compromete a brindar liderazgo cultural y oportunidades de enriquecimiento para motivar, involucrar y apoyar a las familias para que se conviertan en líderes y socios en la coeducación del viaje educativo de sus hijos. Los capacitadores de FLA guiarán, entrenarán y crearán un ambiente acogedor y una plataforma para que las familias compartan, examinen y exploren “apoyos para lograr y mantener la equidad racial a través de medios proactivos y preventivos” (Plan EGUSD Educational Equity 2020-2021). Cada taller está diseñado para apoyar la sesión anterior. Animamos a las familias a asistir a los cinco talleres. Nuestro tema de FLA es: “¡#Cada padre es un líder!”
