The CST to me was easy, except for some of the questions were hard. Reading was the most easy for me and math was easy too, but some of the questions weren’t. I think I did my very best on the CST and I believe that I got Advanced on both Reading and Math. That’s how I think I did on the CST. 
In the battle between cats and dogs, I believe dogs are the best pet you can get ! Ever since dogs and cats came to our Earth, people have been having battle to see whether dogs or cats are the best. Are dogs really a mans best friend ? Are cats really the most pur-fect pet? Both pets are really cool, but which one is the best ?
Dogs work hard everyday, they help people and guide them like they work as guide dogs so they can help blind people to go somewhere. Also they help the farmers by herding cows sheep when they need to be herded, they help the police hunt criminals, expose termites, and even smell cancer. Dogs also work as firefighter dogs, so that when there are fires the dogs come and help the people that are trapped out.They also help to protest people like if you have a guard dog. They will bark if someone comes in the house and tries to steal things and if somethings on fire. These animals also have lots of brainpower, smart minds, they can learn up to 165 words so that when you tell them to do something they obey it because they already know what it means. it can recognize hand signal when you tell them to stop and also recognize hand gestures when you tell them to move away or tell them to come. They are very energetic, when you want to play with them they get up right away with no hesitation. When you are sad they know and come up to you and try to comfort you. When they want to play they run all around the house so that you can play with them. They like to play catch, tug o war, and lots of other things.
They might say cats are the best pet to have but, they are wrong ! They are the most lazy animals all they do is sleep and walk around the house. They are boring. People think that cats are very loving animal and won’t harm you but think again! They pee all over the house, leave fur around make hairballs, scratch you, hiss at you, and they are very stingy. They are always climbing into little spaces like a fish bowl. They climb everything like trees and kitchen counters. This animal never comforts you and just walks away if you are sad, if there are emergency in your home like a fire they wont tell you or warn you they will just quietly sneak out of the house to leave you burning.
That’s why I think dogs are better than cat. I think anyone would rather have a fun loving pet than a mean old nasty cat. Who would want a cat that spit out nasty hairballs all over the house. Not me. So which one do you pick Cats or Dogs ?
Yesterday was Mothers day we went to my Auntie Michelle’s house and gave all our presents there. I made all my ninas and mom and nana necklaces out of clay which I baked. Then right after we went to my dad’s side of the family’s house and went swimming in the spa. We spent most of our time tanning and sitting in the spa. Then we ate chicken, rice crispy treats, ribs, burgers, cake, cookies, and watermelon. We watched Alice in Wonderland then we went Swimming again. After that we went home and went to sleep.
One of the most important values about me is, religious values. It is important because God and Jesus are the makers of me and this earth, and god created us and Jesus sacrificed his life to open the gates of heaven for those die. He helps us when we are in need, and that’s why I love them so much. Another important value to me is getting good grades, If I don’t get good grades then my mom and dad will probably get mad and take all my stuff away. Also getting good grades proves that I am really smart, and even if I get a B I will get mad. Being smart and getting good grades make my parents proud, my family, and the school proud. That’s why those things are important to me.
I am good at writing, in class when my teacher assigns me to do a essay or write something I always do a long paragraph. I’m also good at reading, I read a lot of big books like Harry Potter and other things too. I am good at listening to the teacher, I listen to the teacher so that on the test I get all the right answers and know how to do the problem. Another thing I’m good at is taking tests, I get A’s on all my tests and it’s because I listen to the teacher and I’m learning how to do the problems on the test. Lastly, I’m good at doing the things that I need to do, because when I need to do my homework I do it. That’s all the things that I’m good at.
What I think about Mr. Penermon’s letter is that it’s very inspiring, and that he believes we can do well on our test. Also that we don’t have to be the best we just have to try our hardest. He is encouraging us to do our best on the CST everyday, telling us no matter how hard the question is keep going no matter what. Lastly, he says by giving this test 1oo% I will make my school proud, parents proud, and myself proud. That’s what I think about Mr. Penermon’s letter.
I want to do well on the CST because I want to be in Advanced still. Also so that when I go to middle school I wont have two classes of math or English. Doing well on the CST means that all the things that my teacher teaches me was worth it because I did good on the CST. If I do well everyday in school of working would be worth it, and not a waste of my time my teacher is the one who prepares of all year for the CST. If you get a high score on the CST then higher points for my school in the school district. That’s why I want to do well on the CST.
A long time ago there was a King named Midas, he had a wonderful daughter named Marygold he had a wife, but sadly the wife died. He loved gold and his daughter and that he had even more gold. One night King Midas was in his dungeon where his gold was placed, admiring it at looking. Then he heard someone come into the dungeon but did not know who. A voice spoke and said, “you are very rich with gold my sir, and I bet no one has as many gold as you.” ”But this is only a small amount of gold in the world,” said the king. ”Then you are not satisfied, well what can i do to help?” said the stranger. ”Well I wish everything I touch will turn into gold,” the king pleaded. ” Are you sure this is what you want?” spoke the stranger. ”Yes please it would be my most desire,” shouted the king. ”As you wish, you will have the Golden Touch when the sun rises up tomorrow morning.”
The next day the king woke up and the sun was up, he touched the blanket and it turned into gold! he was ecstatic he started turning everything to gold. He went to the garden and he touched all the roses and they all turned to gold. Then he went to go eat with his daughter, but he couldn’t eat anything because it turned in to solid gold. When he tried to drink his water it turned into liquid gold. His daughter came up to him and hugged him then the king kissed his daughter, but he turned the daughter into gold! He cried and pleaded for the stranger to come and help him. The stranger cam and said have you learned you lesson then the king said yes I have please help me. ”Okay then you must go to the river by your garden and pour it over all the things you want to change back to normal.” The king did as so and as he grew older the only things that reminded him of the Golden Touch was Marygold because she now had Golden hair instead of Brown.
On my vacation the first day we went off I went to the movies with my friends Jacquelyn, Julia, and Tamara to watch the Hunger Games. Also we went swimming a lot, and the weather at first was being like bipolar but now its hot and mild. I went shopping a lot too and got multiple new clothes. During break I went to many parties for my friends and cousins, the majority of the party was in the bay. On Easter I could finally eat candy, because I had gave it up for lent.
