How was the CST? Was it hard or easy?

The CST was hard, but some of the questions were very easy.

Cats vs. Dogs

If I had to choose between Cats and Dogs, I will choose Dogs. The problem is about pets is that people don’t know what to choose between Cats or Dogs. People have been fighting about which one to choose between Cats and Dogs. There is a simple way to solve this situation with no violence. CHOOSE A SIDE YOU LIKE THE BEST!

Between Cats and Dogs I would choose Dogs, and I have many reasons why I would pick Dogs than Cats. Dogs can help farmers herd cows back where it belongs in the livestock. Dogs are very smart, they follow their instincts when they sense danger is near. Dogs are fun to be with when your bored or lonely, they are very comforting and cuddly. Dogs are very useful when you need someone to guard outside during the night. You can always rely on dogs if you want him/her to do something very important to them, dogs obey their owners.

Cats are the worst choice you can have for a pet. They scratch you, climb on trees, walk on the fences, they are lazy, and they learn little amount of words. When Cats are very bored they start to scratch couches and other stuff so they can entertain themselves, when they’re mad they start scratching you. If I were you, you should keep Cats outside and not inside because Cats can live their life outside instead of the inside where they can scratch your belongings.

Dogs are energetic, fun to play with, cuddly, smart, and protective. Cats are boring, independent, and especially lazy. I promise that if you get a dog you will be happier than ever!

Mother’s Day

Yesterday we didn’t do anything because we celebrated Mother’s Day on Saturday. We didn’t celebrate it on Sunday because everybody was busy and didn’t have anytime to celebrate it tomorrow. My mom, aunt, my sister, baby cousin, and me went shopping together. My mom needed to go return something from a store and then she stayed in there longer to look for shoes and pants. My mom and my aunt are buying stuff because they wanted to get ready for the vacation we are planning to go too. When it was evening already we left to go to FoodsCo so we can buy plenty of soda. When it was 6 or 7 we went home to pick up our other family members and left to the restaurant. That’s all we did during Mother’s Day.

What makes me who I am

My athletic ability is okay. I’m not really good at at football, and  soccer. The only thing I’m good at are softball, and tether ball. I’m HORRIBLE at art. I can’t stand how you have to keep on erasing until you draw it really perfect and straight. When I draw I have to write really lightly so when I erase it it won’t leave a mark. Well, I’m not very smart I will say that I’m okay and I am good at getting good grades. It’s not very hard to get good grades but you just have to keep on working hard and focus on what your doing also don’t get distracted by others. I’m pretty good at creativity because I learn how to crotchet and so I make a lot of stuff out of yarn. I can make purse, coin pouch, hat, scarf, and others too. Independence is what I’m good at because I do a lot of stuff independent and I don’t count on other people to do it for me, I do it by myself.

Why do you want to do well on the CST?

I want to do well on the CST because it determines what classes you will go to in middle school and if you deserve to get a elective class or not.

King Midas

King Midas was so obsessed with gold that he didn’t want to touch any other object that isn’t gold. He spent most of his time at the dungeon beneath the castle, examining all of his value treasures. While, Midas was examining his treasure a stranger appeared at the door. Midas wasn’t satisfied with a small portion of gold, he wished that everything he touches turns into gold. The stranger told Midas that he will get the “Golden Touch” tomorrow at sunrise. King Midas woke up the next morning, as soon as the sunbeam shone through the window to his bed covering. Midas watched the bed covering changing into woven gold. He touched his handkerchief that Marygold gave him and it to changed into gold, he wished that his daughters handiwork remained the same as when she has given it to him. When he touches the glass it turned into metal, he thought it was a bother that he can’t see through them. Midas went to garden, he touched the roses and it to turned into gold. Marygold was crying saying that the roses she was picking for him were all spoiled. Midas couldn’t eat because everything he touched turned into gold. He tried to snatch a small potato and put it in his mouth so it wouldn’t turn into gold, but the potato in his mouth was now metal. King Midas kissed Marygold on the forehead and turned into a golden statue. The stranger told King Midas if he wished to turn back the thing he turned into gold you must use the water from the river. King Midas did what the stranger said and turned everything back to normal.  As years past Marygold’s hair and the river reminded King Midas of the “Golden Touch”.

My Vacation

During my vacation I stayed home all day and did nothing but do my homework, and go on the computer. It was boring staying at home all day doing nothing but homework and computer. I didn’t read at all because whenever I read a sentence or a paragraph I start to yawn. When my mom gets out of work she bring me to supermarkets and sometimes shopping.

Volume, Area, and Perimeter

For volume you just have to multiply all the sides and you will get your answer.

Volume of Rectangular Prism you have you have to multiply them by Length x Width x Height to get your answer for Rectangular Prism .

Base is the Bottom. To get the Base for the bottom you will do Length x Width when you get your answer you multiply it by the height.

Volume Base x Height when you get your answer you have to divide it by 2.

Volume of a Cylinder you have to use “pi r 2″  to find the Area of a Cylinder and when you get your answer for that you have to multiply it by 3.14.

You have Area Quadrilaterals, Area Triangles, Circumference, and  Area of a Circle.

For Area of Quadrilaterals you do Length x Width and you will get your answer.

Area of a Triangle you have to use Base x Height divide it by 2 to get your answer for your problem.

Circumference there is 3 formula for Circumference they are: pi d, pi 2 r, and 2 pi r. Make sure you use these formula to get your answer. For example: The radius is 3. 3 x 2= 6 when you get your answer to that you multiply it by 3.14 and your answer will be 18.84.

Area of a Circle is when there is a radius halfway across a circle you have to multiply the same number on the other half and then you multiply 3.14 to get your answer. If it is Diameter is all the way across the circle you have to find the half of the number for example: The diameter is 10. So you multiply 5 x 5= 25 after that you have to multiply by 3.14 x 25= 78.5.

For Perimeter you have to add all sides. For example: The square sides are 7. We do 7+7+7+7= 28.

I need to know this so I could get better at Geometry.

Now that you’ve visited Rutter, what are my thoughts?

I think that Rutter is a okay school. I am looking foward on going to Rutter because it seems like it is a very nice place only if you hang out with the right people and not the bad people.

Today we are going to Rutter! I want a map because I don’t know where all the classes are. Well the bad part is that we have to walk to Rutter when it is raining. :(  I wonder what there going to show us when we get there? I want to go to all the classes. I also want to see my sister in one of the classes. I wonder what classes I’m going to get in 7th grade? Well today is going to bad because I just spilled milk on my backpack, my pants, and my jacket. What can get any worse than that?
