Dear 4th or 7th Grade Parent/Guardian,

The State of California requires that all 4th and 7th grade students participate in a statewide writing exam each spring. This is in addition to the STAR/CST exams they will take in mid-April. 

Please make arrangements to bring your 4th and/or 7th grade student to Feickert Elementary School on Tuesday, March 6. The test takes approximately 75 minutes from start to finish. Parents are encouraged to go have coffee, shop, or relax at a nearby café during this time, but may also wait in their cars in the back parking lot if preferred. Only EGVA staff is allowed in the testing area during the administration of the exam.

When: March 6, 2012 9:00 A.M. – 10:20

Where: Feickert Elem. 9351 Feickert Drive Elk Grove, CA 95624

Who: All 4th and 7th Grade Students

Please have your student bring a book to read quietly if they should finish early. All students will be ready to be picked up at the front of the school at 10:20.
