Job Center Hours: M 8:30 am – 4 pm,  Th 8:30 am-7:00 pm,  Fri. 8:30 am – Noon

Starting Sept. 7, the Job Center will be open on Thursdays until 6:30 pm!

CalJOBS registration required for all activities.

Customers must have the Right-to-Work documents in the form of:

          US Passport, Permanent Resident Alien Card, Foreign Passport with a Temporary ID Stamp, Calif. ID, Social Security Card


Basic Services

The following services are available to customers age 18+ after CalJOBS registration is completed.

• Workshops: employability skills & financial literacy

• Job postings & job application assistance

• Access to computer, fax and copy machine

• Community resource information and Hiring Events

Individualized Program

• One-on-one case management

• Resume development with your coach

• Partial scholarships for vocational training

• Development of work readiness and life skills

• Academic and vocational counseling

• Access to Career & Academic Preparation Program (CAPP), High School Diploma (HSD) and High School Equivalency (HSE) classes

To be eligible for the individualized services you must meet two of the following criteria:

• Veteran

• Lack a high school diploma, high school equivalency credential

• Lack workforce skills required for high-demand occupational sectors

• Unemployed or underemployed due to lack of skills

• Individual with a disability, dislocated worker, or ex-offender

• Limited-English speaker

• Meet federal income guidelines
