CTI Certificated Programs Refund Policy (Except for Phlebotomy)
Career Training Institute Programs / Certification Programs Refund Policy:

Please read these policies carefully

  • Request for refund must be submitted in writing.
  • All approved refunds are subject to $100 service fee.
  • No refund for textbooks, supplies, fingerprinting, TB/health history/CPR/First Aid/exam/immunization fees once those services have been completed or supplied to students.
  • A prorated refund will be made for students who withdraw from prior to completing 60% of the program. There are no refunds after the program completes 60% of the required hours.
CTI's Phlebotomy Program Refund Policy
 Career Training Institute Phlebotomy Program Refund Policy:
  • Deposits are non-refundable.
  • No Refunds for textbooks, supplies, CPR/First Aid
  • Refunds for payments made for the program (excluding the deposit) can be requested in writing 14 days prior to class start.
  • There are no refunds after the program completes 60% of the required hours.
  • If a student drops/fails the program before 60% of the current program session, and if he/she chooses to re-enroll into the next program session:
    • the student must pay off the remaining balance of current program session,
    • and then pay an administrative fee of $300
  • If a student drops/fails the program at/or after 60% of the current program session, and if he/she chooses to enroll into the next session:
    • the student must pay the remaining program fee,
    • the student must pay a new non-refundable deposit for the new session
    • and pay the new program registration fee for the new session
  •  If the student has a documented life event of some kind, documentation must be presented to EGACE, then  EGACE staff will review and make decision to place the student in the next session; the student must pay off the current program session fees, and then pay an administrative fee of $300.
