The Elk Grove Unified School District (EGUSD) continues to strive to work collaboratively with all our employee associations with the goal of having the best possible outcomes in light of dwindling financial resources.  The district meets regularly with all its employee units to work together to find solutions.

To date, EGUSD has reached agreements on heath care and the lottery check with the Elk Grove Education Association, Psychologists’ and Social Workers’ Association and the Elk Grove Unified administrators and confidential employees.  EGUSD is in ongoing negotiations with its classified bargaining groups: the American Federation of State, County, and Municipal Employees, the California School Employees Association and the Amalgamated Transit Union.
