The end of the first trimester is around the corner. We are proud of our student’s performance on the California Standards Test last Spring. As we move forward, the expectations are higher and the curriculum is more challenging. Students must use their good work and study habits and continue doing their best every day. The end of a trimester allows us to look at how students are performing in relation to the grade level standards. Now is a great time to review goals and ensure that there is a plan for success. How did my child perform on Assessments in Reading, Math, Science, etc.? Were projects and homework completed and turned in on time? How can I collaborate with the teacher and school to ensure my child’s success? We recognize that the path toward success looks different for each student. We encourage you to review your child’s academic progress and have a discussion with your child. A follow-up conference with teachers will ensure that we are collaborating to help your child meet his/her goals. Thank you for your continued support and we look forward to another challenging and successful trimester!
