Remember these simple tips to be able and ready to do your best:
- 1- Go to bed early the night before and get a good night’s sleep
- 2- Eat a HEALTHY breakfast to give your brain lots of energy
- 3- Focus on the activity, NOT what others are up to
- 4- Show What YOU Know
